This case study suggests that through inclusion of DRR in the school curriculum people will become more aware, which will lead to greater pressure on local government to allocate resources for DRR.

People in the coastal village of Ghoserat in Bangladesh are exposed to floods and storms. They are starting to talk about the disaster risks they face but need education and financial resources to do more.
