Our small team of secretariat staff are based in regional hubs in seven countries around the world: Guatemala, India, Indonesia, Kenya, Senegal, Togo and the UK.
We are a team of passionate, diverse, dedicated and talented people.
We work collaboratively to strengthen the capacity of civil society organisations so that they can increase the resilience of communities most at risk of disasters.
