The Board of Trustees is legally responsible for GNDR as a Company and a registered UK charity, and Trustees are the sole legal Members of the Charity.
Trustees will hold the Charity’s Annual General Meeting each year and are responsible for final approval of GNDR’s strategic objectives, financial commitments and work plans, appoint auditors in accordance with GNDR’s charity mandate and in close consultation with the Global Board.
The Trustees responsibilities
Trustees serve on the Global Board in an ex-officio capacity. However, Trustees together will have three votes in the Global Board, though they will have the same duties as all other Global Board Members while in the Global Board.
