This webinar will present key features of adaptation (including loss and damage) as a tool to address vulnerability to climate change. The webinar will then present concrete examples and actions to enhance local community resilience.

The event will strengthen participants' capacities on climate change adaptation measures, taking into account the needs of communities most at risk, to improve field work. Participants will learn more about adaptation and mitigation measures under the UNFCCC convention and approaches to enhance local level community resilience.

The content covered will be ideal for civil society organisations with previous knowledge of risk-informed development who need practical tools to do take this approach in specific settings.

This event is the first in a series of webinars being run over the next several monthsby GNDR.
